When you log into Voyado Elevate, you will see the application areas you have been granted access to. Each area is dedicated to a particular set of functions: Business, Experience, Integration, Admin, Email.
You have access to contextual help on every page. This means that as you move through an area, you can get guidance relevant to the place you are in. The guides are available in the bottom right corner. Some areas provide detailed, step-by-step guides that assist you in setting up and getting started, ensuring that you can make the most of Elevate.
In the top right corner, you will find the Elevate notifications, illustrated by a bell. A yellow dot on the bell indicates that new features and updates are released, and you can read about them by clicking on the icon.
Introduction to the Elevate application areas
The Elevate application has several areas, and the time you spend in each of them depends on your role and daily tasks. You may use just one or explore multiple. Here is a short overview of what you can do in each of them, with links to more documentation.
Business
In the Business area, a merchandiser can control exposure strategies, boost products, and perform A/B-tests with a few clicks. This is also the place where you can get quick insights into sales in a market, segmented by conversions, revenue and profit. You can find all related help articles here.
Experience
In the Experience area, you have multiple different functions for Voyado Elevate - Reports, Synonyms, Localisation, Navigation and Product sets. This is where you manage Category and Landing pages, tweak recommendations and adjust page settings. You can find all related help articles here.
Integration
In the Integration area, you can get an overview of the system status of Voyado Elevate. This is also the place for system logs and retrieval of cluster credentials. You can find all related help articles here
Administration
The Administration area is only available for Elevate administrators. Here, an administrator can manage users’ access rights on a cluster and market level. You can find all related help articles here.
Email
The Email area will be enabled for your team if your company is using the Email recommendation add-on. It enables a merchandiser to create and maintain product templates and email campaigns. You can find all related help articles here You can find all related help articles here.

Other browsers may work, but only the ones listed here are officially supported by Elevate.
Identity management
Elevate uses Auth0 as identity management provider, and redirects to a login page if the user does not have an active session. The login is done using auth.elevate.voyado.cloud and after that there will be a redirect back to the app URL.
