User management tab

The User management tab is where an administrator can add, remove, and edit information and access for users.

Here is how it appears in the UI:

All users must have a valid name and email address, and have access to at least one application area (Business, Experience, Integration, Admin, and/or Email), one cluster (as configured by Voyado), and at least one market.

Additional user access settings for specific application areas  is managed within the user access dialogue window.

For the Business application area, access to the Exposure strategies, Boost tab and Bury tab can be selected.

For the Experience application area, access to edit global synonyms (for all markets) can be selected.

Setting Description
Name* The name of the user.
Email* The email address of the user. An invitation will be sent to the user via email when their account is created.
Apps* The application area the user will have access to. Current these are Business, Experience, Integration, and Admin.
Clusters* The clusters the user will have access to and work in. The clusters are selected from a list of available clusters for the retailer in Elevate.
Markets* The markets the user will have access to and work in. The markets are selected from a list of available markets.
Business Additional settings for users with access to the Business application area. Access for a user to the Exposure strategies, Boost and Bury tabs is set here.
Experience Additional settings for users with access to the Experience application area. Access for a user to edit global synonyms is set here.
Integration Additional settings for users with access to the Integration application area. Access for a user to the Credentials tab is set here.
Email Additional setting for users with access to the Email application area. Administration access to this application area is set here.
