Dashboard
The status of the servers in a retailer's cluster, including which version of Voyado Elevate it is running, is shown in the Dashboard tab. The dashboard also shows when the latest import was made, plus how many products, variants, product groups, content items and links are present.
Request Errors
The Request Errors view provides a structured overview of failed API requests. Errors are grouped by type and likely root cause, making it easy to understand the scale of issues and resolve them efficiently.
Recent errors can also be explored in detail to support debugging and identifying recurring problems.
Health
The Health Overview view offers a consolidated look at the current state of your Elevate integration. It highlights usage across core areas and surfaces important findings that may require attention, helping you validate your setup during onboarding and monitor its condition over time.
Each section contains manually curated insights covering session management, search, navigation, recommendations and retail media. These insights make it easier to identify likely issues, understand how components are being used and confirm that key parts of the integration are functioning as expected.
Logs
The Logs tab includes all the logged items from Elevate where the severity is either, "INFO", "WARN" or "ERROR". A log entry can be clicked on to show more detailed information.
Logs can also be filtered by logger name, severity, and host name.
Credentials
The Credentials tab allows for easy access to the retailer's cluster ID and API key. Note that this requires additional access rights to be set in the Admin application area.
