What are the metrics in the campaign performance report?
Total opened emails: The aggregate count of emails that have been opened by recipients.
Total clicks: The cumulative tally of clicks generated through email interactions.
Average personalization ratio: This metric represents the proportion of recommendations that have been personalized out of the total recommendations generated. Recommendations that aren't personalized typically result from either unknown customer keys or non-customer-based recommendations.
I don't see any data in the dashboard what might be wrong?
