FAQ: Email statistics

What are the metrics in the campaign performance report?

Total opened emails: The aggregate count of emails that have been opened by recipients.

Total clicks: The cumulative tally of clicks generated through email interactions.

Average personalization ratio: This metric represents the proportion of product recommendations included in an email, that have been personalized, out of the total product recommendations generated. Non-personalized product recommendations typically result from either unknown customer keys (the pseudonymized identifier for recognizing recognizing a returning visitor) or non-customer-based recommendations.

I don't see any data in the dashboard. What might be wrong?

If you have previously seen live data in the dashboard and now you don’t, please contact Voyado Support.

If you haven’t yet seen data in the dashboard, please verify that your sent emails have the embed links included in them.
