What happens if I delete a page?
If you delete a page then all changes made to it will be removed. If your site still allows access to that page and specifies its content in the page request, then Voyado Elevate will fall back to using those settings.
If you delete a page that was added through the apps, then that page will no longer be accessible unless you provide a fallback specification in the landing page request.
As a rule of thumb, it is generally safe to delete pages that have not yet been published, while care should be taken if they have been.
What are unused pages?
Unused pages are those that have not received any website traffic for a specific period. By default, the last seven days of web traffic are considered to determine if a page is unused. However, this number of days is configurable. If you wish to adjust this configuration, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
What is API import and request?
API - Import is the latest API to create pages, while API - Request is a deprecated version of Elevate that was used earlier. How do I preview my changes before publishing them?
Before any changes can be previewed, the Preview mode integration must be completed.
After changing a setting, a preview button will appear. After pressing it, copy a link from your site and paste it into the input field. Then press the preview button. This will take you to your site using a preview mode where you can see the changes you've made. A bar at the bottom of your site should now be visible, indicating that you are using the preview mode. While in this mode, you are able to search and navigate on your site and see how the changes would look to a customer when published.
Changes displayed in the preview mode are only visible to you. Your customers are not exposed to the changes in your preview mode.
To exit the preview mode, press the Exit button in the displayed bar on your site.

How do the pages map to my site?
Each unique landing or category page on your site is represented by it's path as a page in the apps. This assumes that the integration has been made according to the recommendation that each page request uses it's path as page ID. For example: /gb/women/tops
.
How do I add pages?
You can add pages to the top level or to an existing page, in which case the page's ID will be used as a prefix for the new page's path (e.g. adding /shirts
to /men
gives /men/shirts
).
Added pages will appear as previews and must be published to become visible and accessible on your site.
How do I alter settings on specific pages?

Note that primary lists and recommendation lists have slightly different settings available.
How do I pin products?
When editing a page you can pin products by clicking on their cards. Once pinned, you can reorder them freely by dragging them to their desired position.
What happens if I edit multiple pages at once?
You can select multiple pages and edit them in batches. Any fields or settings where the pages have different values will be marked with "Multiple values". If two or more product lists have the same ID they will be merged and edits will affect both of them. New lists will be added to all pages.
Note that if two product lists have the same ID but different filters, the products displayed will come from one of them and pinning/blocking will not be possible.
