Retail Media Insight gives you powerful tools to track, measure, and analyse campaign performance in Elevate. With both campaign and retailer-level reporting, you can see how ads are performing, identify trends, and optimise for better results. Admins can access data across all clients, while client-linked users only see relevant data for their account.
How it works
Campaign and retailer reporting is available in two locations:
- Business section in Elevate UI: for a holistic, aggregated cross-campaign view.
- Campaign Manager: for in-depth analysis of individual campaigns.
Admins have visibility across all clients. Users linked to a specific client can only view their associated data.
How to view campaign reporting
1-Dashboard
The dashboard, found in the left-hand menu, provides a quick overview of active campaigns by default. You can:
- Switch to paused or completed campaigns using the drop-down menu.
- Apply a custom filter to refine your view.
- Add or remove table columns via the + icon.
- Sort data by clicking on a column header.
Data updates every 30–60 minutes.
2-Campaign statistics
To view detailed campaign statistics:
- Click the statistics icon on the right-hand side in either the Product Campaigns view or the dashboard table.
- Use the drill-down view to:
- Display up to four metrics simultaneously in a graph.
- Adjust the time period to suit your analysis.
- Toggle metrics on or off by clicking the checkmarks.
Data is available up to the previous day.
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Impressions | Number of times an ad is shown |
| CPM | The cost of 1000 ad impressions |
| Clicks | The number of times users click on an ad |
| CTR | Clicks ÷ impressions, Click Through Rate |
| CPC | The cost per click |
| Spent | Total cost of a campaign or ad |
| Sales | The total income generated from purchases |
| Orders | Check-outs confirmed via payment event |
| CPA | The cost per order/purchase |
| ROAS | Revenue compared to ad spend |
| Conv. Rate | Percentage of clicks that lead to orders |
Below the graph, you'll find additional breakdowns by Device and Domain. The domain breakdown reflects the categories targeted by your campaigns.
Attribution model
To ensure consistency and comparability in campaign performance, campaigns are tracked using a last-click attribution model:
- The last click on the sponsored product before a purchase is credited with the conversion and related revenue.
- If no clicks occur on a sponsored product, a post-view attribution window applies for impression-based conversions.
Attribution windows
• Post-click conversions: Tracked within a 7-day window after a user clicks an ad.
• Post-view conversions: Tracked within a 1-day window after a user views (but doesn’t click) an ad.
These windows define the timeframe during which ad interactions can be linked to a conversion.
