If you run both Elevate and Engage, you can get access a set of functions that are unavailable in the individual products. This is achieved by the sharing of identification, contact data, and other resources to deliver a combined best-of-breed solution in a single suite.
The connected features takes the best of two worlds—customer knowledge in Engage and product understanding in Elevate—and combines them. The outcome is the possibility to use Engage segment data to filter promotions in Elevate, behavior data from Elevate as a component in an Engage audience, and much more.
To access these features, you need both Engage and Elevate 4.
