Tweak recommendation: set tweak rules per algorithm
You can now customize recommendation tweaks for each algorithm individually—such as Upsell, Alternatives, or Add-to-Cart recommendations. This gives you greater control, allowing different rules for complementary vs. alternative suggestions depending on your strategy.
Smarter Cart and Favorites Recommendations: More Relevant, Less Redundant
We’ve refined our recommendation logic to better support shopper decision-making. In cart recommendations, same product type suggestions and age and gender mismatches are now filtered out from click-based strategies and top-seller fallback. Age and gender mismatches are also filtered from favorites recommendations. This ensures recommendations feel more complementary and relevant—without distracting shoppers with similar or mismatched items. Purchase-based strategies remain unaffected to preserve strong co-purchase patterns.
Migration of articles to Elevate Help Center
We have recently launched the Elevate Help Center, the new information hub for merchandisers and e-com teams working in the Elevate application. Elevate Docs (where you currently are) is now mainly the place for Integration and API documentation. Articles previously under "Features" and "Voyado Elevate application" can now be found, along with a growing selection of new articles, at the Help Center.

Limit variants to certain markets
Elevate now supports the somewhat rare case where some variants of a product are only available in certain markets, thanks to the introduction of the variant level limitedMarkets field in the Admin API v4 catalog import. The main use case for this is when a product is available in multiple markets but fringe sizes, like 4xl, are not.

Content Search improvements
Content search now uses Large Language Models (LLM) to classify content by product type and properties. The enhanced search recognizes synonyms and lemmatized forms, ensuring queries like "backpack", "backpacks" and "rucksack" return the same relevant results.

Retail Media (beta release)
Elevate now supports a suit of retail media related features to let retailers display sponsored lists and slices that brand owners and suppliers can bid on in real time. The feature is currently in a closed beta. Contact Voyado if you want to take part in the program.
