Voyado Elevate

Setting up and using the Shopify Accelerator

The Voyado Shopify Accelerator makes it easy to synchronise product data between Shopify and Voyado Elevate. This ensures that your storefront is always up-to-date, searchable, and optimised for merchandising in Elevate.

Quick Start

  1. Install the Voyado Shopify Accelerator app.
  2. Configure your Elevate Markets and connect them to Shopify Markets.
  3. Map your Shopify product attributes to Elevate fields.
  4. Save your configuration and run the first product sync.
  5. Monitor synchronisation in the Dashboard or Call Log.

Setup

1. Install the Accelerator

When your Elevate subscription starts, Voyado provides an installation link. Install the Voyado Shopify Accelerator app in your Shopify store.

2. Configure Markets in Elevate

  1. Log in to the Elevate Admin App
  2. Go to Configuration → Markets
  3. Add and configure the markets you plan to use

3. Setup Accelerator Configuration

  1. Enter your API key and Cluster ID
  2. Use the dropdowns to connect your Shopify Markets with the corresponding Elevate Markets

Configuration

Product Attribute Mapping

Map Shopify product attributes to Elevate fields. Examples:

Additional options:

  • Product group key field — Links together related products (e.g., different colors).
  • Suppress duplicates — Boolean field to avoid duplicate listings for many variants.
  • Color initial/override — Define colors for filtering and swatches. Use valid hex (e.g., #FFFFFF) or “Gold,” “Silver,” or “Multi.”
  • Style with — Define Handpicked Style with Recommendations.

Synchronization

Sync Options

  • Incremental sync (recommended)
    The Accelerator listens to Shopify webhooks and updates Elevate continuously.
    • Suggested intervals:
      • <10k products → every 1 min
      • 100k products → every 15 min
  • Daily full re-sync
    Ensures a complete refresh of all data once per day. Choose a time that suits your organisation.

Monitoring

Product Overview Dashboard

Each product goes through a sync status:

Call Log

For detailed logs of data received from Shopify and sent to Elevate, check the Call Log tab in the app.

Updating Your Product Model

If you add new product attributes in Shopify:

  1. Update the attribute configuration in the Voyado app.
  2. Save changes.
  3. Trigger a manual sync from the Dashboard (or wait for the next scheduled sync).

Troubleshooting

If a product is missing in Elevate:

  • Pending/Processing — Wait for sync to finish.
  • Ignored — Verify product meets Elevate’s active requirements.
  • Validation failed — Check error details and correct the product data.
  • Still stuck? → Contact Voyado Support.

Next Steps

Once your products are syncing correctly, you can:

  • Configure Collections to export as Elevate Pages.
  • Add multi-market product publishing.
  • Map translations for multi-locale storefronts.
