Having gone through How the Search result page works, it is important to know what functionality related to the search results, is generated and maintained by Elevate, and what is handled by your website front-end. This information will help you know who to contact if you have search-related questions, Voyado, or your own development team.
Search results
All matching products shown on the SRP are provided by Elevate.
The order of results is based on Elevate’s ranking logic, which considers exposure strategies, sales data, behavioral signals, and query relevance.
Filter/facet logic
Facets are the filter options shown on category pages and search result pages that help shoppers narrow down the product list based on specific attributes—such as size, brand, color, price range, brand, material or availability. Elevate generate facets from your product data. They are fully dynamic and based on the current result set.
You can also create your own facets based on product attributes, using the Facet configurator. Once facets are set up, they will be incorporated in Elevate's search logic.

Each count reflects the number of results Elevate has found in that content group.
Autocorrect and Did-you-mean
Elevate will automatically:
Adjust misspelled queries
Present a corrected query
Suggest alternative “Did-you-mean” terms
This ensures relevant results are shown on the search result page, even when the input isn't an exact match with the wording
What is handled by your own website frontend?
The styling, layout, and click tracking are not handled by Elevate. To make changes to these aspects of your search result page, speak to your frontend/development team!
