This article explains how to log in to Voyado Elevate, reset your password, and which browsers are supported. Please note that your company may have extra security steps in place, such as two-factor authentication, so the login process can vary slightly.
Elevate application URL
To access the platform, go to:
https://app.elevate.voyado.cloud/
Session timeout
If your session times out, you will be automatically redirected to the login page.
How to reset your password
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Click Forgot password? on the login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your Elevate account.
- Click Send.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password within a few minutes.

Other browsers may work, but only the ones listed here are officially supported by Elevate.
Identity management provider
Voyado Elevate uses Auth0 as its identity management provider to ensure secure authentication.
