Introduction

This guide explains how to integrate the Voyado Elevate app with Shopify and Voyado Elevate. By connecting these platforms, you can sync your product catalog. No custom development required.

Prerequisites

Before integrating the Voyado Elevate app, make sure you have your Cluster ID and API Key ready.

Locate your credentials in Voyado Elevate

1. Log in to your Voyado Elevate account. Access it here: https://app.elevate.voyado.cloud/
2. In the top navigation, go to Credentials.
3. Copy your Cluster ID and API Key. Copy each credential individually, one at a time.

Add credentials to Shopify

1. Navigate to the Settings tab.
2. Paste the Cluster ID and API Key into the corresponding fields.
3. Click Save credentials.

Map your Shopify markets, locales, and product attributes

Use the dropdown menus to select the corresponding values in Voyado Elevate for each.

Start the catalog export

1. Go to the Import tab.
2. Click Start catalog export.
3. Make sure there is a check icon (✓) in the Processed column to confirm the import was successful.

Test

1. Go to the Voyado Elevate tab.
2. Under Monitor, ensure all required items are checked (✓).
3. Click the Integration tab.
4. Select Test to preview how your catalog appears in Voyado Elevate.

Use the Elevate storefront API on your Shopify storefront

1. Go to Sales Channels.
2. Click Online Store.
3. Select Themes.
4. Click Customize.
5. Go to App Embeds.
6. Toggle on the Elevate app embed.

Add Elevate Autocomplete

1. Go to the Integration tab.
2. Select Add Elevate Autocomplete.
3. You’ll be redirected to the customizer, where it appears under Apps.
