Locate your credentials in Voyado Elevate

What is a Cluster ID?

A unique identifier for your Voyado Elevate environment.

What is an API Key?

The API Key is used for server-side operations to safely send sensitive data, such as orders and product feeds.

Why are they important?

Both are required to connect your Shopify store to Voyado Elevate and enable secure data synchronisation.

Map your Shopify markets, locales, and product attributes

How does Shopify recognise markets and locales?

Elevate customers will already have a pre-configured Elevate sandbox, set up by the Voyado team. This includes predefined markets and locales.

Once you enter your Cluster ID and API Key in Shopify, these integration mapping fields will automatically appear.

Start the catalog export

Why is this step important?

Starting the catalog export creates a complete export file of your Shopify catalog and automatically imports it into Voyado Elevate, ensuring your product data is up to date and synchronised.

What should I do if an error appears in the Processed column?

If you encounter an error in the Processed column, please contact Voaydo support for assistance. Provide them with the error details and any relevant screenshots to help diagnose the issue quickly.
