Settings

In the Settings tab you can manage default settings for all product lists, and page settings for category and landing pages, as well as search and autocomplete settings. Overrides for specific product listings or page properties on individual pages are managed in the Pages tab.

Under Default settings, you manage default settings, per market, for product lists, product cards, facets and out of stock statuses. Default settings affect all product lists in search, landing pages, categories.

Under Auto-complete & Search settings, you manage default settings, per market, for search result product list, facets, product suggestion. Read more about autocomplete in the search experience.

Default settings and Auto-complete & Search settings are managed per market. It is possible to import the site settings from another market via the context menu in the top right corner. This import replaces the default settings and the autocomplete and search settings for the current market.

Under Facet settings, you will find the Facet configurator and your Facet templates, once you have created them.

Preview and publish settings

Settings can be previewed when there are unpublished saved changes. Changed settings are indicated in the interface by an orange dot next to the setting that has been changed.

To preview the new settings for a page, a preview URL is required. It is recommended to set preview base URLs for pages in the Configuration tab of the Admin application area, and to always preview changes before publishing. Unpublished changes can be reverted, restoring the previous version of the settings.

Main product filter

A global filter that controls which products can appear in search results and presentations. Any product excluded by this filter is removed from all presentational results entirely. It won't show up as a standalone product, a sibling, or a variant within a product group. This makes it especially useful for hiding products that shouldn't be visible anywhere, such as items that aren't for sale or are intended for internal use only.

Setting the main product filter means you don't have to configure the same restriction across multiple queries, which saves time and reduces the risk of mistakes. It can also shrink query size and improve overall system performance.

Combine size typesCombine facets according to their size type instead of strictly by size in ascending order.
Enable size cleaningEnable or disable size cleaning within the facets.
