Integration area overview

The Integration application area allows for a quick overview of the system status of Voyado Elevate as well as system logs and the retrieval of cluster credentials.

Dashboard

The status of the servers in a retailer's cluster, including which version of Voyado Elevate it is running, is shown in the Dashboard tab. The dashboard also shows when the latest import was made, plus how many products, variants, product groups, content items, and links are present.

Request Errors

The Request Errors view provides a structured overview of failed API requests. Errors are grouped by type and likely root cause, making it easy to understand the scale of issues and resolve them efficiently.

Recent errors can also be explored in detail to support debugging and identifying recurring problems.

Health

The Health view offers a consolidated look at the current state of your Elevate integration. It highlights usage across core areas and surfaces important findings that may require attention, helping you validate your setup during onboarding and monitor its condition over time.

Each section contains manually curated insights covering session management, search, navigation, recommendations, and retail media. These insights make it easier to identify likely issues, understand how components are being used, and confirm that key parts of the integration are functioning as expected.

Imports

The Imports view provides a structured overview of catalog imports into Elevate. Import rates, statuses, and import details are all available in one place, making it easy to get an overview of imports and investigate catalog import states and issues.

Individual imports can be explored in detail, including downloadable failure reasons. The catalog search lets you inspect the exact state Elevate holds for any catalog entity.

Logs

The Logs tab includes all logged items from Elevate where the severity is "INFO", "WARN", or "ERROR". Select a log entry to show more detailed information.

Logs can also be filtered by logger name, severity, and host name.

Credentials

The Credentials tab provides easy access to the retailer's cluster ID and API key. Note that this requires additional access rights to be set in the Admin application area.
