Discovery Agent (Sandbox & Pilot Program)

The Discovery Agent unlocks an AI-powered conversational shopping experience on your site. It lets customers find products by describing what they need in natural language (an occasion, a goal, a style, or a specific item) rather than relying on keywords and filters alone.

The agent interprets intent, curates relevant recommendations, and organizes them into meaningful topic groupings that support both exploratory and targeted shopping journeys.

Storefront experience 
Customers can access the Discovery Agent through a dedicated entry point in the storefront, opening a full-screen experience designed specifically for conversational product discovery.

Natural language input 
Customers describe what they're looking for in their own words. The agent understands context and intent, not just terms.

Topic-based results 
Recommendations are organized into focused themes rather than a single flat list. Each topic can be browsed independently, making exploration more intuitive.

Contextual refinement 
Customers can refine their discovery within a topic without starting over. The agent carries context across the conversation to deliver increasingly relevant results.

Flexible shopping modes 
The Discovery Agent adapts to how a customer wants to shop — whether they're browsing for ideas or searching for something specific.

Integration

The Discovery Agent uses the existing Voyado Elevate product catalog — no additional catalog integration is required.

The Discovery Agent is designed to work alongside existing search, recommendation, and merchandising systems, complementing rather than replacing your current infrastructure.

A dedicated API supports the conversational and topic-based experience. API documentation and integration guidance are shared with customers once their pilot participation is confirmed.

Sandbox and Pilot program

The Discovery Agent is available through a Sandbox and Pilot Program. The program capacity is limited. Application and participation follows these steps:

Step 1: Express interest Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss use cases and fit.

Step 2: Review The Voyado team assesses fit, availability, and pilot capacity. Your team may be added to the waiting list.

Step 3: Sandbox access If your team is approved for the Pilot program, you will receive sandbox access to explore the experience, test workflows, and evaluate integration options.

Step 4: Pilot agreement If we agree to move forward you will sign a pilot agreement.

Step 5: Pilot launch Your team will integrate the Discovery Agent via the API and launch to their users.

Pilot customers get access to a dedicated area in the application to configure settings, monitor adoption, and track performance metrics including clicks, add-to-cart, purchases, and conversion rate.

Throughout the pilot, your team will work closely with the Discovery Team and Expert Services for guidance and support.
