This section provides an overview of how to access and navigate the campaign manager.

Accessing the Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager can be accessed from the Elevate app's main navigation and start page.
Client overview
As an admin, you can view all suppliers (clients) with access to your storefront. Clicking on a supplier takes you to the campaign overview for that supplier, where you can see all campaigns for that supplier and create new ones.
As a retailer, you are the admin and always listed at the top. Click here to access the admin UI, where you can manage all campaigns and view relevant data.
Self service or managed service
The campaign manager supports both self and managed service. Self-service scale much better and is something all retailers should strive for since it will make it possible for more suppliers to get involved, which will increase the competition and in the end your revenue from retail media. If you want to try out self-service, users can be onboarded to a specific supplier/brand and will only have access to the view for, and manage campaigns for, that supplier.

Campaign overview
From the client overview it is possible to reach the campaign overview, which shows a list of all campaigns, including statistics on individual ones. It’s possible to activate and pause campaigns and access the reporting section for each campaign by clicking on the chart icon on the right-hand side of the table.
